Douglas Glenn Colvin (September 18, 1951 – June 5, 2002), known professionally as Dee Dee Ramone, was an American musician, singer and songwriter best known as founding member, songwriter, bassist and occasional lead vocalist for the punk rock band the Ramones.

Audio CD, Import, November 30, 2004. The playing is good and Dee Dee is Dee Dee. Barbara Ramone sings lead on four songs; she has a good voice with a cute accent. Most of Dee Dee's fans will probably enjoy this album. One person found this helpful.
The last album Dee Dee Ramone released in his drug-shortened lifetime, 2000's Hop Around is just sad, a pathetic mess made by a guy whose best work was over two decades in his past and who was reduced to Rutles-style imitations of those past glories. Seriously, there are songs here called "Now I Wanna Be Sedated," "I Don't Wanna Die in the Basement," and "38th and 8th," with lyrics and melodies that are just as self-plagiarizing.
