This "Arcansiel" debut album is rather pleasant. Very personnal although some Camel influences can be found in the opening number "Un Arc Dans Le Ciel". But the song is harder and most convincing. A good instrumental piece of work. I believe that prog needs such a band; which perpretrates the style.

ARCANSIEL - Four Daisies - 1988 - @ 320. Great debut album for this Italian band. The mystical voice (akin to Gabriel and Rossetti) fits perfectly with the well played intruments. Truly recommended for every collection. The second album of Arcansiel was released simultaneously with the first album in 1990 but still sounds great today. This is stuff for fans of Genesis with Peter Gabriel but there’s also some pop influences. The music is gentle, romantic and delicate.
