Anarcho-Syndicalism is based on the key principles of: Solidarity, direct action and direct democracy (worker's self-management), unions formed in this vein adhere to these principles. This strategy is about making workers conscious of their power and exercising that power with the aim of creating a new world, free from bosses, wage slavery and work. The various types of Individualist Anarchism often come into conflict with one another and do not represent a homogenous collection of positions, thoughts or beliefs but simply stresses that freedom of the individual. Nor was anarcho-syndicalism ever completely accepted among anarchists as coeval with anarchism. Many outstanding anarchists opposed syndicalism as too parochial in its outlook and in its proletarian constituency. The Catalan government’s decree of October 1936 legalized these collectives with the CNT’s approval and opened the door to governmental participation in various workers’ control committees, eventually all but turning them into nationalized enterprises.

Anarcho-syndicalism is one of the mostwidespread leftist movements in the world. In the form in which it is now, it arose more than a hundred years ago. In this movement has many supporters around the world. Their political activities take place in a variety of fields. The spectrum of political activity is very wide: starting from representatives in the European Parliament, ending with street protests of young people. Anarcho-syndicalism in his understanding was somewhat different from the "classical" one. Unlike Bakunin, he took an active part in the political life of Europe. He was a prominent member of the Social-Democratic Party of Germany. His efforts succeeded in creating several trade union organizations, which played an important role in the revolutionary events after the First World War. In the early twenties, left movements around the world were stronger than ever. A revolution in Russia took place, which certainly inspired all its supporters around the world.
