Bought from Italy, the EP sounds great, no surface noise, no defect whatsoever. Of course, I've heard deeper & more detailed sound, but it's ok. As far as the cleaning is concerned, when necessary, I use a soft sponge and very diluted washing-up liquid. Some might say I'm a vinyl-heathen, but I can tell you I haven't damaged anything so far ! lol

My copy sounds great! I love the analog feel i get when listening this album.

lonk3ro I’m currently listening this record with my new setup Pro-Ject classic + Tube Box DS. To my ears it sounds still pretty good. I’m not sure why I get that analog feeling. It lacks that digital harsness. Vinyl is pretty quiet also. Whoah, slow down, its only been 2 years. Or maybe digital and vinyl doesnt have any inherent sound characteristic and its just the mastering and recording. hmm...

Considering the date its most likely made from a digital source. It was probably even recorded digitally. So Im not sure about that. Maybe you just really like the mastering work.

my copy did not come with a poster either. also as leonthepro mentioned the album certainly has excessive surface noise which sort of takes away from the album. still appreciate it but could be pressed a lot better

This release does not come with a poster to clarify. It does come with a download card however. Its a minimal package that sounds mostly good. The pressing is what really holds it back. With noticeable surface noise on the quieter songs such as About Today and A Reasonable Man. Otherwise the mastering is just as I feel it should be. Rather mediocre and not much to get excited about. Edit: I rarely recommend cleaning but looking at the reflectiveness on the record you see a grey tint, presumably from dirty conditions at the factory or paper sleeve. To rule out pressing errors you can give it a deep clean if you have the proper tools.I am a little more enthusiastic about the mastering work these days. There is a good use of the high and low end. The vocals are crisp and perhaps the bass could be meatier but it can still pack a punch. Ill raise it to 4 stars, still held back by the lackluster sleeves and pressing/quality control, which seems to get better with repeated plays and cleaning.Update: After cleaning with an Okki Nokki RCM it appears to be in the pressing itself. One thing I did notice however was that some songs just have a naturally higher recording noice floor. So the surface noise you hear is partly from the recordings themselves. Still not a flawless press but its good sounding beyond some light crackles.Equipment used:Rega RP1 with Rega Carbon cartridgeCyrus 2 AmplifierSystem Fidelity SF-3050 tower speakersCustom made HQ speaker cablesUpdated Equipment:Nagaoka MP-110 cartridge
