Monarchy, Mudhole (7", Single, Ltd, Bla). Sonic Youth, Nirvana, Ride, all kinds of very classic, but at the same time fresh, sounding motifs. Monarchy is the anthem, Mudhole is more understated, but no less awesome. Two extremely high quality tracks from this new band. If they maintain that form they will become rock juggernauts before too long.
Kagoule are an alternative rock band from Nottingham, UK. Formed when the members were in their teens, the line-up consists of Cai Burns (vocals, guitar), Lucy Hatter (bass, vocals) and Lawrence English (drums). They have released two albums, Urth (2015) on Earache Records and Strange Entertainment (2018) on Alcopop! Records.

Monarchy "Mosh’s album Monarchy is a true full-length album. Mosh has not only managed to make Monarchy listenable in its entirety but has also made it enjoyable from start to finish. Monarchy encapsulates everything that made 2007 seem so special, throws it into a blender and serves it up cold. The album really has it all: hip-hop inspired house beats, dark distorted bass lines, head-nodding grooves, and most importantly, power.
