Scream_I LOVE YOU
This beautiful song is not supposed to be a cover like "I Was Made For Loving You" released the same year but its chorus has almost identical shades of Bonnie Tyler's "If You Were A Woman (And I Was A Man)" released in 1986, a song written by Desmond Child who had been recruited by Tyler's producer Jim Steinman who apparently was in need of a special song about androgyny. Once his work completed, Child went on a few months later to rewrite this track with Bon Jovi which became the famous big hit under the title "You Give Love A Bad Name".This being said, this Italo/Synth-Pop production has its own charm by itself, a charm enhanced by the very handsome Swedish pop singer who had started as a back up singer for two other no less beautiful Swedish pop sisters, Lili & Sussie. Anyway, the Loading Bay Records' release in 1990 offers maybe the best combination with 2 extra long versions.A nice record.
